My friends at the Alliance for Justice have produced an outstanding video which explains the potentially-deadly consequences of Riegel v. Medtronic, the recent Supreme Court decision holding that Medical Device manufacturers are immune from liability when their defective products injure or kill a patient:

Congress can fix this problem by passing the Medical Device Safety Act now.
